Shipping & Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery (Within India):
- Our standard delivery timeline is minimum 5 – maximum 7 working days from order confirmation.
- Your order may be split into multiple shipments based on product availability and to help reduce delivery time.
International Shipping:
- For orders outside India, please email us at connect@joeycare.in with the subject line “International Shipping.”
- Our team will assist you with shipping options and rates.
- Please note, international shipping charges will apply.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — India Only:
- We offer free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
- Orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) will incur a non-refundable flat fee of up to ₹100 per transaction, in addition to the total invoice amount.
- COD orders require full payment (including the flat fee) to the courier partner before opening the parcel. The delivery partner is not authorized to handle returns or exchanges at the time of delivery.
- All returns or exchanges for COD orders will be processed strictly as per our return policy.
- While COD is available in most pin codes, there may be limitations based on our courier partner’s serviceability. If COD is not available for your location, we will inform you as soon as possible.
- Joeycare reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or change any part of this policy at any time as necessary. Processing, fulfillment, or cancellation of COD orders will always remain at the sole discretion of Joeycare to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of this facility.
