Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Joeycare, we stand behind the products we make. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, have received an incomplete or incorrect item, or believe your product is defective, please contact us — we’ll do our best to make things right.
In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value or higher (by paying the difference). Refunds are offered only in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
Eligibility for Replacement/Return
- You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return the item within 7 days.
- The item must be unused, with labels and original packaging intact.
- Only one return/exchange is allowed per order.
- If the new item is of lower value, you will receive store credit for the difference.
- If the new item is of higher value, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount (COD is not available for exchanges).
- For faster exchanges, you may place a fresh order and mark the original item for return.
- Damaged or used items will not be accepted.
Please note, replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is made-to-order or personalized.
Return Process
- Email us at connect@joeycare.in within 48 hours of receiving your product.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo.
- Retain the original invoice and tags.
- Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days.
Once your request is approved, you will need to self-ship the product to the following address:
Joeycare, 11/12, Kuntal Kunj, RHB Road, Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080.
A nominal shipping fee may be charged on a case-to-case basis for re-shipment of the exchanged product.
