- Free Shipping in India for order value above Rs. 1000
- For order value less than Rs. 1000, a shipping charge of Rs. 50 may be applied.
International Shipping:

Cash on Delivery (COD) facility for shipping only in India:
• We provide free shipping for all “Prepaid Orders” in India. However, orders placed using “Cash on Delivery (COD)” facility will attract a non-refundable flat fixed fee of Rs. 100 per transaction which will be in addition to total Invoice amount.
• COD orders, require you to first make full payment including flat fixed fee to the courier partner prior to opening the parcel. The courier partner delivering your order cannot process an exchange or accept returns. All returns and exchanges will be processed only as per return policy.
• COD facility is available on most pin codes, however our courier partner may have some limitations servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. In case, our courier partner is not servicing your area pin code, the same will be communicated by us as early as possible.
• We reserve right to modify, withdraw or change any policy at any time as and when necessary. Processing COD orders for fulfillment or cancellation will always be sole discretion of Joey Care to avoid any unauthorized access or misuse of this facility.

We stand behind the products we make. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, have received an incomplete/wrong order or believe your product is defective, please contact us so we can make things right.
In case of a return, you may choose any other item of the same value or more. We offer refunds only if the item has a manufacturing defect.
Eligibility for a replacement/return:
You must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and return it within 7 days. The item which needs to be replaced / return, must not be used and the labels as well as packaging should be intact.
Please note that replacements/returns are not accepted if:
- The return request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is made to order or personalized.
We do NOT accept returns on Swaddles for reasons of hygiene
Return Process
Please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your product to info@joeycare.in. Include your order number, description of the issue and a photo. Make sure to retain the original invoice/tags and allow 1-2 business days for our team to get back to you.
Once our team has contacted you regarding your replacement/return request, you will have to self ship the product to our address "11/12, Kuntal Kunj, RHB Road, Mulund West, Mumbai - 400080". A nominal shipping fee on case to case basis may be charged to the customer for re-shipment of the product.
